Participation in education exchange as her own project

Practical training is very important to us; this includes the organization of the company’s participation in the 8th training fair in Wesseling.

Wesseling is an important branch for us, which is why AMTRA is always involved in various events such as the training faire.

AMTRA success story: From a prospective trainee to a permanent employee

Kristin Czwikla and Stefan Heinrichs were the face of AMTRA at this year’s training fair in mid-March. Mr. Heinrich knew already what to expect as he became AWARE of AMTRA at the same event in 2015 – and has recently completed his training successfully.

Fortunately, Mr. Heinrichs remained with us, since the beginning of the year he has been supporting us in the further development of the important areas quality, safety, health and environmental protection (QSGU).

Stefan Heinrichs

Completes the training as clerk for office management in the third year of his traineeship

From bookkeeping and accounting to project planning and quality assurance: The training topics in the area of office management are varied and ambitious at AMTRA.

Our trainee Stefan Heinrichs is becoming an expert for quality management.
Our trainee Stefan Heinrichs is becoming an expert for quality management.

Stefan Heinrichs, a trainee at our branch in Wesseling, knows this from his own experience: “The tasks at AMTRA reflect most of the training content at the vocational school, which is a great advantage. Many of my classmates in the vocational school work in service companies and do not get any insight into important areas such as product development or material sourcing.”
Fortunately, at AMTRA, this is different: with various cabins, the company offers “tangible” products, completed through a wide range of offerings and services. “As a trainee, you have the opportunity to get to know both areas,” says Stefan Heinrichs.

Future specialist for quality management

AMTRA places the highest demands on its products quality as well as the process efficiency. The continuous optimization of quality management is therefore an important aspect of our corporate philosophy, which we will expand even more in the future. An important step in this direction is the specialization of Mr. Heinrichs in this area.

He is already working closely with our management representative Sebastian Renner and after graduating in January next year; he will focus on monitoring and developing our quality standards at AMTRA.
